Cars and Cameras - The Beginning

For 4 years now I have been hosting an event for local friends I called "Cars and Cameras". The first year I invited a few friends to go for a cruise and take some photos. This led to the idea of making a yearly meet up in early October, driving to scenic locations around our area and taking photos. After 4 years of hosting the event, I decided it was time to do something more with the "Cars and Cameras" event.

This blog marks the beginning of something new for the name/event. I'd like to use my photography skills to showcase some amazing vehicle builds and let you read about what went into the builds. I'd also like to bring attention to some of the events I attend each year.

Year 2

Going forward with the event, I would like to build on it and possibly add more events each year and open it up to more people. The first 4 years have been invite only to keep away from any negative influences. I'm not sure what route the event will go but I look forward to the future.

Year 3

I would just like to give a special thanks to the people that have attended this event over the past years and inspired me to continue hosting the event. This year I debated on canceling the event due to attending another event and bad weather the week after. Even though we had a lower attendance than previous years it still turned out to be a great day.

Year 4

I look forward to the future and I hope to see everyone soon. Stay tuned for more.
